​Payment and Shipping

 

Payment is via PayPal (Pay Pal account is not required).

 

Shipping is charged dependant on size and weight of the parcel(s) and will be calculated prior to checking out.

We currently only ship to Mainland UK.

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) we use Royal Mail 2nd class or Courier delivery as standard so you should receive your delivery within 2 - 5 days.

Please contact us as soon as possible in the event of non receipt of goods or damages and we will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.

 

​Returns & Refunds

 

If you are not happy with your item (if the item is damaged, faulty or in any way not as described), then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 14 days.

 

If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs (we suggest using a trackable method).
